USSR coins are the Soviet rubles that were the official currency of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic. This currency was officially used in 1917 and also later by the Union of Soviet Socialists Republic. One Soviet ruble was divided into hundred kopeks, and most of the coins were designed by Ivan Dubasov. Along with this currency, various virtual rubles, transferring rubles, clearing rubble, and more were also used.

USSR coins were produced by the Federal State Unitary Enterprise of Goznak. These Soviet rubles were minted in Moscow and Leningrad. In 1991, the Soviet Union broke, but the coins were still used in the post-Soviet states until the introduction of the Russian ruble in 1993.

Although the USSR coins are not worth a lot of money, they can still offer far greater money than their face value, and also, they are a clear representation of history and historical events. Some of the rare Soviet rubles include 1950 USSR period coinage five kopeks, 1950 rare 20 kopeks, 1950 USSR kopek UNC, and many more.
